Michelle has once again had the pleasure of collaborating with Leslie Beck, RD, one of Canada’s leading dietitians and health experts.

Michelle developed, tested and analyzed the nutritional content of all 250 recipes in Leslie’s brand new book – Leslie Beck’s Healthy Kitchen.  From Banana Flax Pancakes, to Sesame Ginger Edamame and Grilled Tofu with Sauteed Greens – there is no shortage of recipes to get you on the road to healthy eating in 2012!
